HK Turnaround has developed a strategic and innovative consulting process called ESIO. ESIO begins with an Initial Evaluation and Due Diligence process. This evaluation is the linchpin of our consulting process as it provides us with a snapshot of our client's position and challenges. The second step is Strategic and Operational Planning, which further explores the client’s initial evaluation and culminates with the creation of an Action Plan. The third step is: Implementation, where our consultants will work side-by-side to help you implement the Action Plan developed by our consultants. Finally, HK Turnaround maintains an ongoing relationship with our clients with an On-Going Review.
